In order to solve the present problems(lack of laborers and reduce manual operation),our scientific personnel successfully developed the production line for automatically or semi-automatically carding cotton,conveying and stuffing cotton.

Main function:After putting the whole-bag raw cotton(about 250kg)into fibre carding machine,the machine will automatically card cotton.And the machine cansolely curd cotton as well as used with fibre stuffing machine which can be placed anywhere in diffeent floor.Through the pipe connected the fibre feeding machine can convey the carded cotton into the fibre ftuffing mahine.One fibre carding machine can supply several stuffingmachines.With automatic operation system,the stuffing machine can automatically turn on when it is no cotton,and automatically shut down feeding cotton system when it is full of cotton.The whole machine adopts automobile spray booth for high temperature pre-paiting and antirust.
